Program 1: Circle of Change Restorative Justice (COCRJ) — Flagship Program
The Circle of Change Restorative Justice Program (COCRJ) is a cornerstone initiative of FITCS. This program provides a structured framework for addressing harm, conflict, and trauma through facilitated healing circles and decision-making training.
The program brings together youth, families, community members, and justice stakeholders in a safe environment designed to promote dialogue, accountability, and reconciliation. Participants are guided through a restorative process that helps them understand the impact of their actions, develop practical decision-making skills, and build stronger connections to their communities.

Program 2: KeepSix Youth Ambassadors — Leadership Program
The KeepSix Ambassadors Program develops youth leadership by empowering participants to become advocates for restorative justice and positive community change. Ambassadors participate in leadership training, community outreach initiatives, and peer mentorship activities designed to promote accountability, resilience, and civic engagement.

Program 3: Small Business Support — Economic Development
We support aspiring entrepreneurs from our communities with the tools, mentorship, and resources to turn their ideas into viable businesses, building economic self-determination and community wealth. This program recognizes that economic justice is inseparable from social justice.
